The 2020-2021 Learning & Leading Cohort (L&L) is an online, year-long training for educators who have at least one year of AIW experience scoring at least two types of artifacts and wish to gain expertise in coaching, AIW mastery, and data analysis. L&L is offered by TS Educational Consulting, in collaboration with the AIW Institute and Iowa’s Northwest Area Education Agency.

Participants will complete six modules that incorporate both individual, asynchronous learning and synchronous team-time to discuss the scoring of artifacts. The course has been divided into six modules:  Construction of Knowledge (Module 1), Data Collection & Analysis (Module 2), Disciplined Inquiry (Modules 3 & 4),Value Beyond School (Module 5), and Team Scoring (Module 6).
